♦ File size heavily varies from piece to piece. For optimal printing, all pieces will be 300 dpi and checked for colour values.
♦ A rough sketch of your idea, or pictures for inspiration, are ideal, and more than welcome. I'm open for anything!

General
♦ _{The artist reserves the right to decline any request, or refuse orders, for any reason.}
♦ _{The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to disrespectful or inappropriate behavior.}
♦ _{If at any point the client has failed to respond to sketches or status updates provided for a period longer than one month, the contract may be rendered void and further work will require negotiation.}
♦ _{If at any point the client chooses to cancel the contract and forfeit the work done so far, any payments already made are non-refundable.}

Usage Agreement
♦ _{Ownership of the copyright, as well as the right to use the artwork for promotional purposes remains with the artist. Unless at the request of the client, the artist may display commissioned work on any social media.}
♦ _{Upon receiving the final work, the client is authorized to make use of the artwork for any non-commercial display purposes. The client may not claim or sell the artist’s work, or profit from the artwork itself. (make it your icon, print it as many times as you’d like- just don’t make money off it!)}
♦ _{For logo commissions or promotional material, the client is subject to an additional fee of $50 to allow commercial usage. (ie; selling shirts or stickers of the logo alone.)}
♦ _{The client may not alter the artwork unless given explicit permission otherwise.}
♦ _{The client may upload the artwork online or display offline without permission of the artist, but credit is required.}
♦ _{Under no circumstances may any commissioned work be used for, or sold as an NFT or any cryptocurrency-adjacent clownery.}

Payment
♦ _{Payment is taken via Paypal invoice, Ko-fi, or Venmo.}
♦ _{Orders totalling less than $100 are to be paid in full up front, before work begins.}
♦ _{Orders totalling more than $100 can be paid split, ideally half before work begins and half after completion. Otherwise, payment plans can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.}
♦ _{Tip is always appreciated! It may be paid on the invoice, or afterward via Ko-fi.}

Additional Fees and Revisions
♦ _{Once a clean sketch has been approved by the client, there will be an additional fee to significantly alter the file.}
♦ _{Final images that have been approved by the client will not be altered, other than to add superficial elements.}
♦ _{Especially complex designs or requests may be subject to an additional fee.}

Prior to payment, the client must read, understand, and agree to all of the above terms before entering a contract with the artist. Please don’t be afraid to ask questions! Sending payment indicates the client agrees to the above terms.
